Weronika Banasińska
Weronika Banasińska is an illustrator and animator based in Krakow, Poland. She graduated from the Animation Film Studio in Krakow at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts. Her graduation film “Comfort” was shown at Animafest in Zagreb - one of the most important animated film festivals in the world. She mainly works as an animator and character designer for director Tomek Ducki on music videos for artists such as ZHU (“Paradise Awaits”) or LCAW (“Hummingbird” ft. Sophie Ellis Bextor), and on other film productions such as short films and advertisements. She also creates short paper animations, storyboards, publishes comics online for the Ha! Art corporation or “VICE”, which she also publishes in the form of zines. Her works can also be found in anthologies such as “Mydło Zin”, “Klub Zin” (Poland) and “FORGE. Art Magazine” (New York)
