General rules and conditions
HER Docs Forum film screenings take place on September 13-17, 2023 at Kinoteka cinema:

The seats in the rooms are not numbered.
All films will be screened with English and Polish subtitles.
Tickets for film screenings
Admission to all film screenings at Kinoteka is free of charge.
Please book tickets for cinema screenings in advance using the following APPLICATION FORM.
If you do not have a reservation for a free ticket to the screening, it is possible to participate in the screening within the available seats in the screening room. People who will appear in the cinema on the day of the screening and will not have a reservation will be admitted to the screening room in the order in which they appear in front of the room 3.
Accompanying events
Admission to all accompanying events of the HER Docs Forum is free of charge.
Educational screening for schools
Free tickets to the educational screening of the documentary "Green City Life" can be booked using the application form below. Prior registration is required.

Industry program
The industry program for professionally active women documentary filmmakers will take place on September 13-15. Open call for submissions to the industry program of the HER Docs Forum was closed on August 6, 2023.
ACCESSIBILITY
All films will be screened with English subtitles.
HER Docs Forum offers assistance for people with the limitation of actions and functions of the visual system. The assisting person will be assigned individually to a specific person participating in the HER Docs Forum who reports such a need. An assisting person can help you get to the cinema and escort you to the agreed place after the screening. People who want to use the support of an assistant are asked to contact us by e-mail at: info@herdocs.pl. In the message, please specify: the date and title of the screening and your phone number. The application should be sent no later than 24 hours before the screening.
HER Docs Forum offers also the assistance of volunteers trained in assisting people with disabilities.
